EXPO

Founded in 2000 by the Orlando Chapter of National Association of Women Business Owners, the Share the Wealth Expo has grown to include numerous community partners that support the growth and health of women-owned businesses.

The original event started with 25 exhibitors and has grown to more than 100. In 2006, NAWBO Orlando invited other women’s business organizations to participate. Current partner organizations include Business & Professional Women/Orlando (BPW), National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC), and Hispanic-American Professional Business Women’s Association (HAPBWA), Women in Aviation, and the Disney Entrepreneur Center.

The event has continued to outgrow its venues each year, attracting more and more attendees. Known as one of the year’s premiere networking parties as well as a tradeshow, the expo often includes educational sessions, keynote speakers, business matchmaking sessions and prize drawings. Exhibitors are represented from a wide variety of business interests, including government agencies, banks, retailers, wholesalers, law offices, financial services, media, marketing companies, auto dealerships, health-care providers and restaurants.
